My dashboard accurately shows my steps, but the daily graphics is completely different. What's changed?

Thank you. Briefly, it looks like my daily graphic display is someone else's device. No correlation to my actual steps. 7 day and monthly graphics match actual steps. Active minutes also appears to be missing completely. Everything else works.
