@muttley27 does the app give you a red circle to tap on, or an error message?
By all do you mean
- Restart fitbit
- Turn phone completly off, then turn on.
- Checked for app update
- Logged out of app, then back in
- Removed app, then reinstall
- Added tracker as a replacement device.
- If a Charge or HR as a last resort, did you try a factory reset.
- Are you able to use a second device to sync through, and has it been turned off?
I probably forgot a few possible steps to try.
