Since the update my dashboard had stopped syncing with challenges. I've seen that this is an ongoing problem. When is this problem going to be resolved. Many thanks.

Thanks for the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, your Fitbit device is syncing as designed but your challenges are not updating? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps in the meantime I receive your answers:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that you're using the latest Android version.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persist.

The problem started about two weeks ago, after the last update.Ive already tried the switching the phone on and off, force stopping Fitbit, uninstalling and reinstalling the app,but the problem remains.
Fitbit appears to be logging my activity but not updating the challenges information.
My phone is a Huawei P9
Hope this is resolved soon.
