Dashboard share function issue

For some reason I'm not able to attach a gallery image to the dashboard share function. It used to work. Now when I try, it "acts" like it's attaching my image, but then just reverts back to the camera. I have an LG V10 btw. Also, again, this used to work fine. Anyone have this problem?

Having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Not sure if it started with the newest update or not, it just wouldn't work one day. I've reset all permissions and reinstalled the app, no luck.
