Data Not Cleared Message

So my Versa started showing the wrong time yesterday just by a minute or 2 then it kept slowing down until today it was an hour behind and was not syncing with the app or my phone. I never changed time zones. So I tried doing a factory reset and now all it is doing is the red X saying Data not cleared sync and try again.. Well I can't sync if my phone cannot even find the Versa Via Bluetooth. I tried force restarting it. Turning my Bluetooth off restarting my phone turning bluetooth back on setting it up again through the app nothing is working I'm about to go back to my Garmin rather than deal with this. Ive only had the Versa for 3 months.. Idk what else to do please help!!

Thanks for sharing all of those details that you have tried to get your Fitbit to get it to work properly.

 

Let's try restarting the connection from scratch, that should get your Versa to work correctly once again:

  1. Go into the phone's Bluetooth settings.
  2. There look for your Fitbit, and any other Fitbit devices that could show up as paired.
  3. Remove all of the devices that show up as paired.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. Run the set up process as if it was a replacement.

That will do the trick and get it to sync and work correctly once more.

I have already done that multiple times. I got it to finally connect to the
app and it starts the update for the firmware and halfway through it says
bluetooth connection issues and I can't get it to fully update and have to
try starting over again. I have done every single thing listed on fitbit
community and it will not work
