I was noticing on my Versa  that when an activity is logged, the data on the summary screen differs than what is on the detail.  in this instance the summary screen shows avg bpm at 129, but yet the detail says 126 bpm?Screenshot_20200110-171306_Fitbit.jpg Screenshot_20200110-171327_Fitbit.jpg

@StuZ Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. Thanks for the screenshot shared and the details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that your heart rate information isn't the same as shown on the main screen. In this case, I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please check if your heart rate data is matching. Is this happening with all the exercises?

I'll be around if you have any additional questions. Keep me posted.

@SilviaFitbitThanks for response.  I followed you're advice, however the results are the same.  I get them being 1 % difference because it could be rounding up, but when 2 or more % differences, then something seem awry.

@StuZ Thanks for getting back.

I would like you to reply to the following questions:

- Which phone do you have?

- Do you have the latest Android OS?

- Could you double check if you have received the latest Fitbit app version?

Keep me posted.
