I've just Downloaded the fitbit app and I haven't connected my fitbit yet, but it already has data added dating back from last year.
Need some help to know is this because of I haven't connected it yet or is there something wrong.

@WaldenC Welcome to the Community! Happy to see you around!

If the only activity that you're seeing on your account is calories burned, you're looking at BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the rate at which you burn calories at rest just to maintain vital body functions like breathing, heartbeat, and brain activity. Your BMR usually accounts for at least half of the calories you burn in a day and is estimated based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account: gender, age, height, and weight. If you're seeing anything else besides calories, please attach a screenshot so I can look into it.
