I've had my charge hr for 8 days now. It synced on the first day. But I haven't been able to since. It shows up on my app as steps, heart rate etc but just won't save as data as such. What can I do as a friend has done a challenge with me and it won't update my stats?

According to your signature, you have the Sony Xperia M2 which isn't yet listed as a supported device here.
As a workaround to sync your activity, you can use the USB wireless sync dongle that came with your Charge to sync with a computer. Check out the full instructions for doing this, here. Let me know if that helps out.
