Data syncs but doesn't save

The Fitbit app seems to be syncing data from my Surge but then not saving it. I've tried turning the Surge off and turning it back on again, deleting and reinstalling the app and setting up the Bluetooth again. Nothing seems to work. I've got a weeks worth of data that won't upload properly 😭 Any suggestions of how to fix it? 🙏

Which version of Android are you using? Seems you've done all you can to get this going. I've notified a moderator about this and they might have some suggestions for you. Thanks for coming here.

@ntlnesspt thanks so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with your data not uploading properly to the Fitbit app. I recommend confirming that your Surge is really syncing with your phone by checking the last time it synced (Tap on your profile picture in the top left of the Today tab. Then tap on your device.)
