Ever since my tracker (versa) stopped syncing or keeping time or connecting to app after last app update to version 3.46 I've been watching everyone who has been having similar problems and experiences post here only to have there posts be labeled different dates as in prior years although they clearly posted 5 hours ago. What's up with that?

Hi @LadyFace your posts is a bit confusing to me. Could you link to show the posts that you say have had the dates changed on them?

I have not been able to sync my watch either and my time is off as well.

@LadyFace I've seen you reached out to our Support Team regarding the syncing difficulty and they've already addressed your concern. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact them back so they can continue assisting you. About the date manipulation, I'm not sure what you're referring to since the date on every post can't be changed and it'll show the date when it was originally posted on the Community.
@Lisalipd If your device is not syncing, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps listed on this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to sync your device with your phone.

Hi Odyssey,
I've figured out my Odyssey as I was seeing dates on post showing recent and then when reading seeing old dates and it confused me, lol. I was like what the? I see that when a new reply is added it changes . I'll upload examples

Lisa lied, I've unfortunately been having issues the same as you. I've been corresponding with support thru email and I'm hoping they will give me a response as to when a new update will be available to fix all these bugs that have rendered many trackers useless. Still waiting tho. Fingers crossed 🤞. Good luck on getting yours fixed , I mean that sincerely 😊

I have tried all of the troubleshooting and I am still not able to sync my watch to my phone and time on my watch say 12:30 and the time is 12:46 every since the update my watch is not working right and my phone is updated.
