Messages are deleted as soon as i send them, recipients don't receive them at all?

What messages are you talking about? Text messages or Fitbit messages? Could you please go a bit more in-depth into the situation?
How do you know that recipients do not receive the messages at all?

Deletes all messages without sending. Has deleted all record of friends. Cannot interract with other fitbit users AT ALL. Doesn't synch anything.

Hi @Ceecee74. Could you please provide more details? Which phone do you have? Which Fitbit device are you syncing to it? We’d like to help, if we can.

Hi, I've been through all of this before, not long ago. You ask for 'more information', I provide it...…. then nothing.
I have a Samsung Galaxy.
All of the internal features of fitbit - messaging, having friends, & interaction on the 'community boards' don't work.
Neither does the tracking. Yesterday I went for an 8km walk - and the fitbit recorded 1895 steps.
It. Doesn't. Work.
Waste. of. Money.
Disappointing.

I have just purchased a new Versa and I am unable to get it set up with my Samsung S9...it syncs and then there is no display on Versa except start up message telling me to download the app.
