When you have two fitbits connected to an account the data should be combined into a single dashboard as described in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1715/
Are you sure data from one is missing?
Steven, to be honest I only connected mine to the app a couple of hours ago and the app is telling me I've done 11,000 steps, which is the amount my daughters device has done. Even on my Fitbit it's reading my daughters info instead of mine?? I'll check out your link thanks.

I've seen a few posts where people have setup a family account and connected a child's Ace to their own account rather than their child's. Could this perhaps be the problem here?
If so, then this is a thread from someone who was in a similar position:

SteveH, any reason why the device only reads my heart beat when my phone data is on?? The device should read your bodies info with out mobile data?

The fitbit should read and display your heart rate at all times. The heart rate on the app though will only show when the fitbit is connected and I think that for it to be be connected it has to be in contact with the fitbit servers and that requires mobile data (or wifi)
