Since installing the latest update on my Versa yesterday ( Dec 19th 2019), I have been unable to sync my device. It keeps showing the error that the 'device is not found' whereas both the phone and the watch are kept close to each other and my device is functioning perfectly!
I tried all methods of troubleshooting except forceful restart of the device. Please help me in this regard.
