I recently updated my Android phone and now I'm getting a error message when I try to sync my Fitbit. I don't know how to troubleshoot the problem. I am now using Android version 9.

Thanks so much for your response. Turns out that during the upgrade my
Bluetooth was turned off. I turned it on and then restarted my phone and
Fitbit was able to sync.
