I restarted and it doesn't want to turn on anymore I hold it for 10 to 15 and nothing changed I need help

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. Your post was shared on the Android forums board, therefore, I'm unable to identify which Fitbit are you using. Regardless of which device are you using, can you please can you please let me know if your device is vibrating when you put it to take charge or is it completely unresponsive? I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
