Device not vibrating only with text notifications

Ever since I updated my app my Versa will recieve notifications but it doesnt vibrate or alert me. The only time it vibrates is if it's a phone call, alarm, or Fitbit alert. Before the update it would vibrate for texts, social media, emails, etc. Any ideas?

Hi @CS3190, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your Versa isn't vibrating when you receive text notifications only. To better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When did you updated the Fitbit app? If you haven't already done so, please try to restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for your reply. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9+. I just did the update last week and the vibrations were working fine before I updated. I did the restart and it hasn't changed anything, still only vibrates for phone calls or step alerts.

You're welcome @CS3190, sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the details that were shared with me, seems odd that this is only affecting the vibration feature of the text notifications. To move forward with this, please confirm that the notifications feature is currently set to "on" on your Versa (you can check this information in the Quick Settings menu). If they are not set to "On", please set it to On and try again. If they're on, just turn them off and then on.

Looking forward to your reply.
