Unable to install Spotify app on Versa

Hi, im wondering if anyone can help me on how to set up spotify on my versa fitbit watch. I have the app on my phone with premium. I have a samsung s7, so should not have issues. I have both my phone, apps and watch updated but when I go into the fitbit app to install it, it wont let me click install. I brought the watch second hand and in great condition. Its werid as I got a notification from spotfiy today on the watch asking if i liked a song, so I know I can get notfications, but still can't download the app to the watch. The main reason I updated the fitbit to the versa was for this app, so its frustrating I cant acess this from my wrist. Any advice would be valued. Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced difficulties installing the Spotify app on your Fitbit Versa? Do you receive any error message while trying to do so or the app simply doesn't load? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and then try to install the Spotify app again:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
