I left fitbit and came back after reading good reviews about the versa 2. So imagine my surprise when the sleep tracking worked only sporadically at best. Why? This is a competitive market and it's not 15 years ago. The fact that the consumer is asked to scroll through pages of troubleshooting to find a possible solution is really unacceptable in this day and age.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device is not recording Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit app and sync your device?
