Fitbit Charge 3 Huwaei P Smartphone. Has worked perfectly every day since 18.4 19. Since an app update on 11 12 19 a whole list of problems and basically it hasn't worked since then! (numerous conversations with Fitbit (all documented) have got me nowhere even emailed James Park! . Now can't even connect tracker to the app. Paid £120 for this and it was great when it worked. Returning it and expecting full refund if not going to trading standards and nyine else interested - hundreds of users in the same position disgusting!
