I just bought a Versa 2 and it does not want to pair with my Pixel 2XL. On the Fitbit app, the Versa 2 doesn't even let you get to the pairing mode. I tried to pair using the Versa option, but no dice. Weird thing is, my phone does recognize it under Bluetooth settings, but the Fitbit app does not. What gives? Why did I just spend a lot of money for this awful hassle? Uh, help please?

Hi @pkrzych it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're experiencing setup difficulties with your Versa 2 and your Google Pixel 2XL, I totally understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo. Thanks for the reply. I followed your instructions and all it took to pair my new, expensive Versa 2 was unpairing my Fitbit Alta, uninstalling the Fitbit app on my phone, reinstalling it, restarting my phone, and turning Bluetooth on and off. It was that easy! Took less than an hour. Wishing you a happy, healthy 2020.
