Difficulties syncing Charge 3

My phone isn't finding my fitbit 3 to sync, I have Bluetooth and location on. What can I do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the information that was shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
