My device struggles to sync and continually the screen freezes. Why? I am sick of changing my clock because it freezes. Only had it a few months. Makes me very upset.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post regarding the inconvenience you're currently experiencing, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to sync your Charge 3? When was the first time you experienced this and does this happen each time you try to sync your Fitbit?
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
