Too difficult to sync the my charge hr  using fitbit app in my Samsung note 3 phone. Can fit bit do a better job on it?

Hello @Daxiao, I see you just have joined the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! My apologies for the late response and thank you for providing us your feedback regarding the syncing issues you are experiencing.

 

If you are not able to sync, make sure your mobile device is confirmed as a compatible device. Additionally it wouldn't hurt to give it a try to our recommendations: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
