To better assist you with your concern, can you please give me more information and details about the inconvenience you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2 and your Samsung Galaxy Note 9? What do you mean when you say that your Fitbit doesn't work with your Android mobile device? Keep in mind that your mobile device is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.

Hey Ricardo, you better check that list again. The Note9 is listed as compatible.

@elbrute My bad, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Upon checking the compatibility list I noticed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was recently added just as you stated, thanks for pointing this out.
