What do you mean when you say that your Fitbit doesn't work with your Android mobile device? Keep in mind that your mobile device is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it.

@elbrute My bad, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Upon checking the compatibility list I noticed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was recently added just as you stated, thanks for pointing this out.
