Bought my charger 3 two days ago & have been continually trying to get notifications working ,took it back to good guys today sales guy had it going now its stopped again very dissapointed with it ,I had a V fit from Big W no probs with it except I couldn't wear it in the pool that's the only reason why I bought fitbit so I know it's not my S8 phone thats the problem.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi Ricardo
I recieved this notification on my watch &1 text since I hooked up to my home wifi, when out my phone was on mobile data & my watch did not recieve a txt that came through on my phone though while in the good guys shop with the technician a txt did come through while I was on my mobile data ,so the problem is it's recieving txts on & off.

Ricardo also the technician at good guys checked everything was setup properly & I'd also done all your advising.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. Please take in consideration the help articles that were shared on my previous post to re-setup the notifications feature on your Samsung Galaxy S8 mobile device. The troubleshooting steps that were on the second article were really helpful for other users that were experiencing the same situation.
