Hi. I just got my Charge 3, and set it up yesterday. I had a Charge 2 before this. I'm using the Android app on my Samsung Galaxy S7, which I had used with my Charge 2 without any problems. All notification settings are set to on, on the phone, the Fitbit app, and on the Charge 3. Both the phone and the tracker have been restarted multiple times. I am able to get call notifications on my Charge 3, but no text notifications. I'm using the Message+ app for texting. I've gone over the posts in the discussion groups, and nothing has been helpful so far. Any help in being able to get text notifications on my Charge 3 is much appreciated.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post and for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this inconvenience? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.
After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi @RicardoFitbit,
I set up my new Charge 3 on Sunday morning, and was never able to get it to receive text notifications. I had already gone over the steps in the links that you mention and had no luck. I went through one more series of turning all notifications off and turning them back on again, and now magically the text notifications are coming through!
