Disabling device lock?

How can I disable device lock on my Fitbit ionic? I don't want a pin set on my ionic anymore. Going to device lock option and tapping on the device lock option isn't changing it from enabled to disabled.

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details on the matter.

 

In this case if you have Fitbit Pay set up then the device lock is forced to be on. If you want to turn it off then you'd need to turn off Fitbit Pay. If you already have turned Fitbit Pay off, then I'd recommend that you try logging out of the app and then logging back in so that it reload and shows all details correctly.
