Discover tab gone?

Why isn't the discover tab showing in my app? Do you have to have premium?

Ok thanks nothing in particular I am looking for just a few YouTube videos have said to click on discover tab. Was wondering if I was missing something.

Ah, got it. Those YouTube videos are now out of date since the updated app has rolled out.

If the FitBit app has been updated, then why is my Charge 5 telling me to go to the Discover tab? They need to update the **ahem** device too! Very frustrating and I can’t find anything on the app to set/sync for a heartbeat (BPM). What good is this device? Also, if I’d wanted an Apple Watch, I’d have purchased one - this Charge 5 has synced itself with my Apple Calendar and alerts me to my scheduled events! I DID NOT GIVE IT PERMISSION TO DO THIS! Hell, I didn’t see anything in settings that indicated it does do this!

We have already notified the Fitbit team that instructions need to be updated after the Fitbit app was redesigned. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before that happens. 

I'm not sure I understand your question about set/sync for a heartbeat (BPM). There is an option in your Charge 5 Settings menu to turn tracking your heart rate on or off. Swipe down from clock face to get to the last tile, which is Settings. Tap on Settings and swipe up until you see Heart Rate. Tap on this to turn tracking on or off. 

Certain primary phone app notifications are turned on by default: calls, text, calendar. To turn off the notifications from your phone:

• Tap the device icon in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
• Tap on the device tile - Charge 5 in your case
• Tap on Notifications
• From this page, you can turn off the notifications from your calendar and any other phone primary app you don't want. If you want to turn on notifications from other apps on your phone, tap on Apps. Scroll through the apps and tap on the ones you want to turn them on. If there are any that are turned on that you don't want, you can tap to turn them off.

Unfortunately, I think you have to maintain the Premium subscription in order to see your sleep animals from the past.

Where can I find ECG. Charge 6 tells me to go to Discover tab
