Discrepancy between what is tracked after sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

During my runs over the past 3 weeks I have noticed a lot of difference in between what my tracker says at mile markers, when I finish my run, and then when I go back in to the app after it has synced again. For example, I go on a 2 mile loop 2-3 times a week. My tracker announces when I get to that 2 mile point and I will stop running. When I finish my run (hold down the flag) it will show me the 2 miles, pace ,total time... After I sync, it shows a shortened distance (and I can tell on the map it is further back then where I actually stopped) and the pace is completely different (10 min mile turn into 11 min).

I have also had issues with it saving the run after I finish as well..

What's the deal? I have been a consistent user for 4+ years bit this making think I need to look at other options...

A very warm welcome to the Forums @ashpierson4!

The inaccuracies of the activities is an issue that our team is aware of. At this moment, we do not have any specific details on the matter. However a recommended workaround is to use the 'Run' option, regardless of the exercise being done, as it has proven to be the most accurate. There is a possibility that even the Run option could have issues with the accuracy.

Whenever we do have a permanent solution we will let everyone know.

Feel free to let me know if you have any further questions.
