Distance and GPS map incomplete after activity twice in a row

This week two of my activities have been incomplete. My activity was 7km long but it only shows 5km.

Are you saying that the map is incomplete? This usually means the tracker dropped the GPS signal. Or depending infront fitbit model maybe Bluetooth dropped. 

May I ask which model fitbit?
