Doesn't support 2 Google pixel watches?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had read articles that the app finally added the ability to have multiple devices. When I had the chance to get a new google pixel watch 2, I thought it could be my daily watch and keep my original google pixel watch as my rough outdoor activity watch and collect data either way.

But, now when I try and add the new watch it says it will remove the old one. Is this really the case? I hope I am missing something because that seems ridiculous.

Thanks for any insight.

Unfortunately you're limited to one device that user the Gallery connected at the same time.  You can have older devices that don't use the Gallery, and 1 newer device connected.

To use 2 devices, you need to replace the in use device using the Fitbit app on your phone and replace the device that's connected with the second device.  You can do this as often as you want.  I swap out my PW2 with a Charge 4 when the PW2 is being charged/

@EdoSan it is possible to have two Pixel Watches in the Watch app and switch between them. However, you can only have one Pixel Watch at a time in the Fitbit app. If you want to add a second Pixel Watch to the Fitbit app, you have to remove the first one. I agree that this is very cumbersome.
