Downloading Fitbit data (Pixel 4) onto PC

I am probably in the wrong category.
A similar page suggests I have dozens of subfolders and files but opening the new zip file on my PC reveals nothing.
This page tells me all data is "NOT_SET"
Any suggestions appreciated.

Are you following the steps found at https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236615

You have to choose what data to export.

I thought the image I provided above demonstrated that I had chosen which data to export.
