Email notifications not working

I am able to receive text notifications on my Versa, but as of a couple of days ago, I no longer receive email notifications. I've allowed for email notifications on both my Galaxy S7 and on my Versa, but I'm still not receiving them. This is just very strange because up until a few days ago, I was receiving email notifications. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi- 

I tried many of the suggestions again included in the help center and my email notifications finally started working again. Unfortunately, I tried so many things that I'm not sure what actually resolved the issue. Thank you for reaching out!
