I bought a fitnit Inspire 3 two days ago and the functionality has been fine until today. My Energy Burned tile is broken, showing as perpetually loading. This has also broken my food tile as a byproduct, as it thinks I have 0 calories out. My fitbit device still clearly shows my energy burned on it's screen but my app will not pull this information.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24U.
I have attempted the following to fix the problem:
- Restarted the phone
- Logged out and into the app
- Updated the fitbit app to the latest version
-Run a full system update on my device
-Disabled and reenabled the Energy Burned tile

@DanielGw @kaypeanut this is a known issue. It is being worked on currently. I don't know when we can expect to see a fix.

Same is happening to me on sense 2 and pixel 6.
Tried the same things to resolve as you but no joy.

Mine is doing exactly the same. No calories, food tile isn't registering any calories out. As far back as I can see is registering over budget.
My exercise data is broken too.
