@StephR21 You can manually add exercises by doing the following:
1. Tap on track your exercise.
2.- Tap the timer icon in the top right corner
3.- Search for the exercise you want to log and save it:
Remember that manually logging an activity will override any steps recorded by your tracker during that period of time and is intended to provide a better calorie data than anything else.
