Hi I have error 404 when trying to add a friend, please can you assist?

Hi there, @KatieG.. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. 

I'd suggest trying the steps below:

  1. On your phone settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. Go back one screen and tap on Force Stop.
  3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app from the Play store.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Try checking your sleep details one more time.
