When trying to login on the fitbit app for the Samsung J7 it would say either fitbit.com is down for maintenance or if I click forgot password the message would say Network connection failed. Its been like this since Friday of last week and I haven't been able to sink my fitbi to the app.
If anyone can help please reply.

Hi there @Alex345, good to see you around and my apologies for the late response. I'm wondering how it goes and learn if you were you able to access to your Fitbit app?
If the issue continue, please try to toggle between WiFi and your mobile data in order to log in.
Now if the issue continue, try to reset the Fitbit app:
Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version). Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
