Error when setting up with Samsung s6

My mum is trying to set up her charge HR with her Samsung s6, but everytime we click 'join' it starts to load then go back to the home screen where it says to either join or log in. Has anyone else had this issue?? If so is there a solution???

Hi @Elanaj welcome to the Community! hmmm this sounds pretty odd. But don't worry, let me suggest you to uninstall the Fitbit app from her phone and then reinstall it. After that tap on "join" again and follow the steps on this post to set up your mother's Charge HR on her Samsung S6.
