Is this during the initial setup or has it been working ok but has now stopped?
If it's the initial setup, have you checked that your Samsung is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
If it's just stopped connecting then the usual things to try are:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
These have always worked for me when I’ve had problems but others have found other steps that worked for them. For example:
- let the battery completely drain and then recharge
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
