I just installed the latest update to the app and now the Estimated Oxygen Variation graph appears to be fixed. I still get occasional bits of orange like before but most nights are green. The graph seems to have more detail than the older version. Another bug I reported was also fixed. 

 

Disappointed that it look so to fix a bug that impacted so many people but at least it's finally fixed.

@BillJ99x Nice to see you again in the forums. Thanks for the screenshot and confirming the last app update has resolved this. 

I am glad to read that several situation have been resolved too. I wish you a lot of fun with Fitbit.
