Hi, I just noticed that the green and yellow lines have changed and now are all over the place on the graph. All graphs for different days start with a 0:00 hrs. The fluctuations are not at all in line with what I was reading up until today.  Anyone experienced this issue?? Thanks

Thanks...that explanation helps, but I prefer the other graph. Some nights
I would have no spikes at all. Other nights, maybe 1 or 2 spikes when I had
a good sleep score. Not sure if one thing has to do with the other.
They need to fix this, still very scary.

I agree with you. But if you've had the opportunity to speak with customer
service, it doesn't surprise me.
Clueless.

Sounds good to me. My graph shows the same yellow spikes as green.
Before, I may have had 1 or 2 spikes or none at all. Really scary to see
this new graph.

I have the same problem and I'm about ready to send this fitbit to a landfill. I rarely had any high variations in my O² level but some genius decided to change a perfectly working graph to one that doesn't work

Fitbit says they're aware of the problem, so wouldn't it's be nice to let users know! It took me a long time to find this post.

I have the same issue. They've asked to me restart the device and observe it again. But this doesn't change any previous data. I'm wondering if I really have any issues with my oxygen variations now.

Same happened to me too. In the past I have got help emailing https://contact.fitbit.com so will try that again.

You would think due to the extremely worrying aspect of this Fitbit would send out an email to everyone as a reassurance. But todate nothing 🤔

Same for me Sense). It worries me now, before the update I did sometimes have some high variation. Now during the night a lot of high variations. It's a bad update with the bad looking graphics.

To me, the graph is the most important feature (before it broke). My CPAP machine gives an average of events over the whole night, but you don't know when they happened. With the graph, it assures me that the machine is helping, if say, I fell asleep without it and got more events when not wearing it.  Also, I could tell they events were usually clustered early in my sleep, even using the CPAP. Then if I rip it off in the night, I don't feel as guilty. I suggested to the CPAP company that they add a graph, like Fitbit. They never even replied, but I suppose they would rather we only have vague information.

Glad to see this issue is being looked into. It shocked me when I saw the new chart graphics. I had come to depend on blood O2 level, resting heart rate over the day, etc.  There aren't any of the new graphs or charts that I even like. Like others in the forum I feel like I can no longer trust them. Every single blood O2 graph going back over time has orange everywhere where they all had nearly none before. Other graphs have changed or are nonexistent. Please go back to what we had before the change; there is nothing valuable to me after these changes.

A Fitbit prompt came up asking if I wanted to change the background colour on the app to make it easier to see my readings. I duly did this which heled with some but nor all HOWEVER having had historic issues with blood oxygen levels which now all seemed to be under control....changing the background colour has now made all of my blood oxygen readings move from okay to "dangerous" levels ....every reading for years has now changed significantly. Anyone else have this problem? .....Is there a reason? Can it be changed back? Can I undo the background app colour??................ Thanks for any inputs you may have

Yes! My sleep/oxygen graphs changed totally, showing an immense amount of yellow all night long, nothing like past graphs, and when I went back to look at the past graphs, they'd changed as well. It totally freaked me out.

very sloppy testing from fitbit. Is it because Google now own it I wonder? testing getting as bad as Apple.

on top of this, my replacement strap has not been sent, and the free strap I should have had back in April as part of ionic replacement still not received. like many others I need to go to another smart watch provider.

Yes it is. Numerous yellow spikes which have never had before. Scrolling back through old graphs they have all changed from the green I saw when checking daily to green and many yellow spikes. Do I have severe breathing difficulties or is this an app malfunction?Sent from my Galaxy

Why does my EOV graph look different now?

Best Answer

Yes, and let me add that this is all on top of the general nonsense that spo2 readings are withheld from the user until completing a sleep cycle, as if these readings are somehow hard to see in real time, while a $20 fingertip meter has no trouble being sold everywhere that displays spo2 readings in real time, so, for example you can see whether altering your breathing pattern has an influence on your spo2 level.

Thank goodness for this post. 100% certain mine have all changed to crazy high variations too. Too bad all of us got so stressed. Hopefully Fitbit will fix the issue ASAP.
