Update 5/1/20: This issue has been resolved with the release of 3.19.2. Please update your app if you haven't already.
Hi everyone. We’re aware of an issue that may cause the Fitbit app to quit unexpectedly when you open the Exercise tile.
To fix an issue where the Fitbit app unexpectedly crashes when you open the Exercise tile, follow these steps. Note you’ll need to log back into the Fitbit app with your email address and password.

I called the Support customer service
1 (877) 623-4997 and they walked me through how to get my Fitbit working again.

Best AnswerI can't open up my exercise tile to track. If it does happen to open up, it immediately closes. It's now April 30th. Any news on a clean up? I have a fitbit Alta HR.

I have a Samsung S9+. I have added "Full Body Strong and Push Up Prep" to my Fitbit app. Week 1 of Full Body Strong captured all three workouts but doesn't seem to want to give me a week 2. Push up prep only captured 2 of the 3 workouts and also doesn't seem to want to give me a week 2. When I look at the exercise log it captures when I do the same exercises again it seems but I'd like to know if it's actually capturing the workouts properly. This should be my 3rd week. Also, not sure if it's my network or just the size of the workouts but it seems to take a long time to download. Are they actually downloading to my phone?

Hello, My fitbit app will not open properly. I have installed and uninstalled. I have turned on airplane mode. Also the fitbit coach isn’t opening either.
Is anyone else having the same issue? It won’t even work on the home screen.
My Fitbit has quit syncing over the last few days for steps and way off on sleep times. This happened about a week or so ago also. What's going on? It has a mostly full charge. Please, fix this problem. I'm in competition with my daughter and I can't even tell how I'm doing, let alone her.
