The app is continuing to crash when I try and view the exercise. It worked again briefly last night but had stopped again. I have cleared the cache, force stopped the app, uninstalled and reinstalled again and reset my phone but it is still happening? Any ideas?
Best AnswerSame is still happening to me....
Best AnswerI just now deleted the cache and app data and then rebooted my Pixel phone. When I launched Fitbit, the only thing I had to do was log in with my username and password. Once I did, the dashboard data was there and my exercise function was working.
Best AnswerI assume @SteveH's answer was helpful but since I see a mention of SD Card I want to point out that the Fitbit app is not able to run when installed on the SD Card
Best AnswerJust got latest app update and I am also getting the app to crash when trying to see the Exercise function. I restarted phone, I reinstalled app, I cleared cache, I deleted and added Exercise option. Touch it and it crashes. Not on the previous version. Can Fitbit send out newer app version fixing this problem since, hey, exercise tracking is a pretty big part of this watch's appeal.
Best AnswerI am continuing to have this issue...have reset everything and all other functions work (sleep, heart rate, etc).
Using Samsung A7
Best AnswerStill crashing on 24th April. What day were the software engineers suppose to fix this issue? I would say for me, not helping.
Best AnswerMine is still crashing every time I click on the daily exercise, hope it will be fixed soon. I had to download Strava to record my daily walk.
Best AnswerHi, My Samsung has the same issue. I have cleared Cache, re booted and still wont work? Please advise, Thanks Steve
Best AnswerHi,
Each time I click on the exercise part of the app (on Android) the app crashes.
This problem only started today.
Thanks
Laura
