Exercise graphs only showing 10 days' worth of data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The graphs for the 'weekly exercise' are only showing 10 days' worth of data, not 30 days' worth like they're supposed to.

This is the case for the daily 'tick' chart, and for all four other bar charts ('Duration', 'Distance', 'Exercise in Heart Rate Zones', 'Calories Burned').

Daily ticks

'Duration' graph

I am using a Charge 2 and Samsung Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F) running Android 6.0.1

Resetting the Charge 2, and uninstalling/re-installing the app and restarting my phone does not resolve the problem.

Any help greatly received!

Thanks! 🙂

@DaggieUKDo you have all 30 dots at the bottom of the graphs, but only 10 have data?  Or do you only have 10 dots total?

I have all 30 dots (or 4 weeks in the daily 'tick' chart), but only the last 10 have data in each chart/graph.

I did try to upload images of screengrabs but this doesn't work properly - sorry!

And I take it if you look at the actual exercise log, there are more than 10 days worth there?  I know the answer is probably yes, but the consultant in me has to ask. 🙂  If you DO have more than 10 days showing up in the exercise tile but only 10 in the graphs, then I'm stumped.  Perhaps someone more savvy than I will be able to address this for you.

Yep - I've got hundreds of days' worth of data, but only the last 10 appear in the 'exercise' charts/graphs.

Other '30 days' charts/graphs within other tiles (e.g. 'Resting Heart Rate' and 'Weight') are working just fine.

You know, I would uninstall and reinstall.the app, if you haven't tried that yet.  Let me know.

It may repopulate the data for you when you reinstall and relink your account. Of course, you'll have to set all.your preferences again...
