I have just got a charge 2 and I am trying to set notifications up for texts and calls. I have tried all the points in the help article,turned Bluetooth off and on etc. Not sure what to do now

@Catherine19, in addition to turn on the Notifications in the Fitbit app Device Settings, and syncing the tracker after making any changes, make sure that Notifications is also enabled on the Charge 2 tracker - Press & Hold the side button for about 3 seconds to toggle Notifications from Off to On.
