Can't get it to sync since 3/10/17. How do I get to Force Quit?

Welcome to the forums!

 

Go into setting on your Phone then apps and look for Fitbit. Open it and force stop

Mine did this and fitbit couldn't help me but someone told me to turn off the it bit (mine I plug into charger then hold the button in for ages till the fitbit symbol comes up)  Works a treat now.
