I always use the exercise part of app to track my distance and see where I actually walked. Since the app update, there is no longer a GPS map of the exercise. Does anyone know where it has been moved to or why it was removed from this new app update?

If the event was recorded with GPS, the maps are still availible, and at most, requires on 1 more tap to get there
Best AnswerBought Charge 6 a day before.
Cannot get any map of my walks. Tried to set GPS to dynamic and On with the same result.
Cannot connect the tracker to Strava neither.
It is so disappointing, I probably should exchange this product to something else....

This is still not working for me, is there any update I have to do?
Best AnswerI agree with you. I will be buying a new watch after Christmas which is a shame as I’ve always been a real Fitbit fan. I’ve had three iterations over the past 5 years. This app update has ruined the experience for me. Well done guys!
I have a luxe and have the same question/issue which is how I got here. I really miss seeing the map of where I've walked.
@CarolPolski Make sure you have all permissions for locatiion set. Start your exercise from your wrist, and make sure that the gps shows that it has connected.
I assume that you have an android phone.

Best AnswerHi Carol. I’m on iPhone and I think I’ve figured out the map issue. It will sound stupid so bear with me.
If I click on my run directly from the Home Screen, there’s no map. However, if you click on Exercise Days, then you’ll see the run has the little map icon. Click on that, your run will be shown and after about 10 seconds the map will appear.
Hopefully the same on your Samsung.
