Thanks for your post and for your patience with this situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Which Android mobile device are you using to sync your Versa 2? Is your device syncing your daily stats or nothing at all? Which activities are not being recorded? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and check our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
