My fitbit seems to be syncing fine.....except despite recording all my steps just fine, no exercise (including walks) has shown up since 18th June. It looks like I've done nothing, which isn't the case. Everything else seems to be recorded ok. I tried logging out of the app and in again, and also turning Bluetooth off then on again, and phone off and on again. None of those things solved the problem.

 

Can anyone help?

Hey.

 

I had this same issue about a week ago. It said "sync error" etc, and it still apparantly did sync.

 

Suddenly it was gone after about ~2 weeks, and I don't have the issue anymore.
