Exercise tracking not showing details

I did HIIT this morning with 28 min treadmill and 22 weights.  I set my Fitbit charge 2 accordingly.  The weights tracked fine but the tracking for the treadmill shows my heart rate chart but 0s across the board for zones, steps and calories.  My total steps seems to be right on.  What the heck?

Hello @Megze, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! Note that your tracker is always reading your information regardless you have an activity or not. So this might explain why you are able to see your hear rate in the charts but not in the exercise activity.

Would you mind to share a screenshot of the exercise you are referring? This will allow me to have a closer look to the information you are seeing on your account. If you want to upload screenshots please use the following post to learn more.

Perhaps deleting the exercise you have on your history and re-enter the time and other information in a manual activity again might resolve the issue. I believe your activity might not have an specific duration of exercise and possibly this is the reason you don't see data on that period of time within the activity log.

To log manual activities you need to do the following in case you need help with this:

  1. From the main page, tap "Track Exercise"
  2. Tap the Stopwatch icon at the top-right
  3. Switch from "Track" to "Log" using the toggle at the top of the screen
  4. Choose the activity you'd like to log from the list, or create your own
  5. Fill out the details and submit the log

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

I notice my sleep tracking isn't consistently in zones anymore either.Screenshot_20170904-075233.png

Hey @Megze, thank you for the screenshots. I'm wondering if the exercise has any duration? I see what you are referring, so I tried to replicate the scenario and the only way I was able to obtain the same results is when my activity did not recognized the time of my exercise showing zero on impact and in heart rate just like your screenshots. Otherwise if the activity recognized the time of the exercise it will show all the data in question.

I saw despite the exercise is not showing your heart rate, it was able to read your information according to the heart rate graph. So probably the exercise did not show data but overall your information was recorded; so my previous suggestion to enter manually this information probably will correct the issue.

With your sleep logs I'm wondering if you are referring about sleep stages? If this is the case please review the following post: (RESOLVED) 9/3 - Received Classic Sleep rather than Sleep Stages.

See you later and I'll be around if you have additional questions.
